The SMAX has never been compromised in over 16 years and can be mounted to enclose the entire backflow valve anchoring it in place. The SMAX fits all 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch backflow valves. The SMAX is steel constructed with the base anchorage extending completely through the unit. The foundation anchorage is structurally sound. Zinc coated and powder painted to last. Set screw tool and locks provided.
To complete the installation you will also need 2-3 bags of ready mix concrete per leg.
Note: This unit has been installed in locations where backflows have been stolen as many as 6 times from under cages and in remote areas. To our knowledge this product has never been compromised!
